ATL is cool. Its is very sepreated b/w the true black elite and the wannabes. Your getting your PHD so you should have no problem meeting the classier folk. There are alooooot of gay/bi niccas here. Im not going to lie and alot of them are fine as fukk. You wouldnt be able to tell if they didnt tell you. So be careful with that. Housing is dirt chep. Avoid living somewhere if you would be taking 285/75/85 between 3-7ish. Its a nightmare. If you dont have a car live in buckhead or somewhere in the heart of the city so you can catch marta. Theres really not much outsid ATL to see anyway. The nightlife has a good selection theres something fo everyone. All the strippers/groupies/baller wives hang out at Vanquish. The hoodrats go to places like Obsessions and Esso

if youre a female the ratio of men to women doesnt work in your favor... then you have to factor in the gays and the undercover gays... the city is straight to me tho. I need to visit again soon

Dont listen to BS about the ratio if you're attractive with your mind right you will find someone. I date alot of white men though, so maybe thats why

Maybe statistically, but the amount of thirsty ass nikkas balance it out.
Atlanta has good night life (and I mean more than just clubbin), incredible housing prices, and great suburbs close to the city if you have a family.
