Limiting processed foods, carbs and alcohol, cook majority of the time and rarely eat out, meal prep. Cardio, working on weight training but still new. I want to get back into yoga for the flexibility.
I work out. I'm lazy, so I don't bother with meal prepping, counting calories, etc. I try to eat as fresh as possible, I lift weights, and I have a meso-ectomorph build, so I gain muscle easily while remaining fairly thin.
