What do you do as part of your recovery

I get a massage at the end of the month. Weekly I use a muscle electrocuter type thing that loosens up and increases blood flow of the muscle. Stretching and then icy hot as well

Just eat my proteins, sleep well and take a few days off of I'm still feeling off. I need try that massage thing though. Never had one before.

Drink lots of water, hoop, and relax for the most part. I just got a push up stand, any of yal have one or used one?
