Then you not paying attention. That saying the eyes is a window to the soul is pretty accurate. You can look in peoples eyes usually and see if somethings wrong with them, emotionally, physically or whatever.

I don't believe this to be true in a lot of cases though . Some people just look naturally angry/sad.
