With 2020 on close what crazy predictions yall got for the true next gen year of gaming?

• Microsoft will have a slow beginning of the year even with available stock, but will finish with a pretty strong showing once Halo and system tools are readily available.
• GOW will have a release date announced but be delayed to the end of the year and won't be cross gen.
• SuperSwitch with a Zelda and Pokemon on launch
• Eldin Ring will be teased and possibly released but will be the most devisive souls game since 2.
• Sony either buys or timed exclusives some Konami ips
• Another tech giant will try to enter the video game space while one will either cut back or fold into one of the established players through some sort of merger or partnership
• Cyberpunk answer to GTA:O will come just as the issues with the main game are pretty much ironed out and will open another round of gamer outrage that will eventually subside because gamers stay crying but give it up for their corporate daddies

God of War and Final Fantasy 16 won’t release next year, people will spaz when they find out GOW is cross-gen

Elden ring will most certainly be divisive but not because its bad, but because fromsoftware games are now mainstream

Horizon Zero dawn will be 90% similar to the first game but people will claim its much worse because they first one was overhyped to begin with, similar to Wonder Woman.

Sony will have a bunch of GOTY nominees again, with people rooting hard for underdog titles like deathloop

Cyberpunk will get it’s redemption story, but only went major AAA releases slow down

Resident Evil Village will be hated, people will hate the direction they took chris and will campaign for the series to go back to over the shoulder

People will continue to wait on BOTW2 and a Switch Pro, Nintendo will release a couple more ports and a huge animal crossing expansion

Halo will come out and do well after everyone see’s the changes that were made to it and say “see this is what CDPR should have done”, similar to the sonic movie. It will be mostly xbox/halo fans throwing it a bone for trying

NBA 2K gonna got the balls to retail the basic edition for 70 with Lebron in laker uniform on the cover and it's gonna suck as much as this year's.


Rockstar gonna ignore RDO in favour of GTO and not release any meaningful single player content like people been hoping for for either series.

Cyberpunk gonna start it's No man's sky type journey or redemption and turn into a really dope game to play that will silence most of the children crying now about it.
