so I recently went to the barbers,sat in the chair and then I noticed.....


he was the only Barber in the shop

so I ask....."Mike,where are the rest....its Xmas,the money is great this time of the year"

he says"oh yeah,them,we all have ownership in this shop,yet they turn up when they want....its bad because everyone would be making money yet they want to put less effort in....damaging client relationships"

this lead to a conversation on business and retirement etc

what type of Barber do you have

do you have the ones who talk about sports??

or maybe you have the one whos always with the ear-piece

or you have the one who needs full concentration
