Depends on the fighter, the upcoming fight, the cycle and how much they have to cut.

Haney locked in atm. Nutritionist has his shyt down to a gram or two every fight.

Spence smarter now. Doesn’t blow out like he used to. Has a nutritionist for camp (and pre camp) instead of just maniac training levels and extreme calorie deficit.

Prograis understands how to do it now.

One new(ish) trend seems to be prioritising bath over sauna, then covered in water towels to extract all the bodies water straight after.

Navarrete looks to have developed a new method recently too. :manny:

Chris Algieri has a fighter nutrition book out.

If you are looking for specifics high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs, 🥗 until it’s time to cut then you lower the carbs and ups the greens.

Now how much of the above depends on your height/weight/genetics.

Most athletes don't have diets lol. They just sell that BS to the masses. Majority eat like crap. Floyd Mayweather ate fatburger before a fight once lol

You bought what he was selling lol. Floyd was and probably still is an OCD control freak when it came to preparation. He always made weight so well that he would do that shyt to sell the fight, make it seem like he didn’t train that well so the fans think “this other nikka might have a chance :jbhmm:

Probably "chicken and broccoli" type diet, lean meats, low carbs, low sugar, etc. I don't think the diet is that complicated. It's guys sticking to it in between fights that separates the Mayweathers from the Broners.
I'd be interested in what these SNAC dudes are doing to maximum strength and muscle growth while staying in a weight range

remember boxing/ boxing training involves soo much cardio, not to mention strength and resistance training.

most of these guys that look really lean and ripped probably eat a deceivingly high amount, just to stay fueled and maintain their energy.

unless you train like a boxer, it may not be a great idea to eat like one necessarily. at least in terms of volume and calories

but with THAT said, i agree with the breh above. high protein, lean meats, low sugar, maybe some carbs. a chicken and broccoli diet if you will. and adjust your calories accordingly.
