In no particular order......
1) Black high school education
The fact that high school graduates have to do remediation classes in college speaks volumes about what they are/aren't learning for 4 years in high school. A black kid from the hood is just as capable as an Indian kid in the suburbs, stop faking intelligence, our brain is the most formidable body part.
2) Black college/vocation
More black college and vocational enrollment and graduation, increasingly computer coding/IT stuff too. However, basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity is good too, even better if they have some high-tech background like coding. More STEM, more 2nd language learners.
3) Black businesses and collaboration with with Diaspora in Africa, Europe, Latin America.
More small black businesses that can grow, and work with companies/firms throughout the Diaspora, in all professions. From the black architect to the black accountant to the black plumber to the black restaurant owner, we need to be collaborating.
4) Build up the Black Neighborhood in America.
We need middle class neighborhoods, but they shouldn't run from the lower class. We need to be trying to bring the community up. We need condos filled with young professionals in mostly black neighborhoods, with black businesses on every block, with black owned office buildings with black firms. With a conference center that brings in blacks from the Diaspora, etc.
5) Support Marijuana Decriminalization/Legalization and hop on the Hemp train.
Stop locking black bodies up for smoking a cotdamn leaf that no one on earth has ever died from the effects. Yet, alcohol leaving people dead left and right. Cigarettes is genocide with a filter. We should support legalization/decriminalization. Once legal, build our own bars, medical MJ centers. Most importantly get in on this hemp trend that will start to gain ground, and create products from the raw material of hemp with black owned manufacturing facilities, here and in the Diaspora.
6) Know and support the Bill of Rights and Constitution,
Don't let politicians fake us out with excuses why it should be watered down, or tell us it's a racist document that we should just ignore. While we get upset with police brutality, we forget the Bill of Rights is the document that supposedly provides the legal shield. When black people protest hold up a copy of the Bill of Rights, haters will be quiet, cause they see you want the same they want, which is freedom and simple human respect.
7) Eat healthy
Eat local organic food as much as possible. Support black urban gardens and farmers and coops. Use healthy oils and supplements that we talk about on thecoli....your Apple Cider Vinegar, castor oil, black soap, etc.
8) Manhood
Stop leaving kids out here as b*stards. Older men should be trying to help raise boys, when they are fatherless, so we don't repeat this cycle. Bring back the beauty of relationships. We don't have to fuuck everything, just cause its pretty, it's not necessary. Have the discussion on bigamy, maybe it's time. Regardless, make babies in a 2 parent household.
9) Womanhood
Stop fuucking every man just cause he has swagger, and then aborting black babies cause he really ain't want you or you were caught up in ecstasy. Older women should be telling fatherless daughters their brain is the sexiest thing on them and the most useful. Should be a balance between being independent, but finding a man that can lead. Regardless, aim to make babies in a 2 parent household.
10) Finances
Build up our finances, and stop wasting on frivolous shiit.
Bonus.
11) Entertainment
It's tricky cause ...... it is entertainment, but we have to support more "positive" shiit and demand we hear and see it on the Big and Small and Internet Screen. Bring in the Diaspora too, so we can see positive and real black images from around the Globe.
