For the four major lifts, power clean, bench, squat, and deadlift.
I'm 18, 5'11, 185, these are my max's:
Bench: 275
Deadlift: 440
Powerclean: 250
Squat: 370
I gotta work on my squat some more, I lift at home a lot so I can't really do legs here. My bench has increased so much in the past 3 months.
For those who max out occasionally, what are you guys pushing?
