1. Pull-up
For me it’s one of the best ways to know that my strength is getting better. I remember when I could do only one now I’m regularly doing 15 in one set. Also a great callisthenic workout that cuts you up

2. Deadlift
Works my core and hips and gives me that powerful hip thrusts that allows me to beast in the sack :shaq:

3.Bench Press
Nothing more needs to be said about this workout

4. Treadmill running
The endorphins and sweat after an hour on this machine :noah:

4B. Dips

I also like rows but If I only had to choose between 4 with my calisthenics being dips/pullups this is what I would od.
