What are the websites that you sell your beats at and do you get paid royalties from them?

Ok. I got e-mail from Royalty Free Music - Sound Effects - Stock Audio | AudioJungle last week saying that they had augmented their system with a place for artist to put the performance rights organizations that they belonged to. Sounds good but it's not there in order for the buyers to fill out cue sheets so they can track royalties. I signed up with AJ years ago but never used them because they set the price of each item sold and you have no say in the matter. I also don't like waiting to get paid since most of the business I have done online the payment is basically instant. Getting paid once a month is just dumb to me. The site is confusing as hell to. Anyway........

I ran across Stock Music and Sound Effects | AudioMicro. I guess the place is cool but the royalty rate is only thirty five percent. To some that may be good but if you use a service such as Musicians: Use DistroKid to upload your music to iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and Google Play you get one hundred percent of the royalties. The problem there is that it's a completely different marketplace that AJ and AM. Chances are someone looking for music for their television show wouldn't go someplace such as iTUNES (a place where DK can get your music) to do so especially if they could go somewhere and circumvent paying royalties.

I think I understand this correct but I wanted to know your thoughts on the subject as to where is the best place to sell music royalty rates and let me know if I'm missing something etc.

I don't fukk with online beat selling like this. everything I have done has been in person or direct with an artist/manager/label.

That would be the best bet. Just make contact with artists directly.

You may want to check out the two sites I posted for a better understanding of what's being discussed. I'm not talking about soundclick, roc battle types sites. This is something entirely different. At these sites buyers come and purchase music to be used in commercials and things like that.
