If you have sold beats before to artist major or not, please describe the process for me. I also want to know is it really crazy to not want to go the ascap, bmi route and just sell beats for cash up front? Is it possible to get royalties without being in bed with them or is it the only way? 
I also want to know what artists in let's say Gucci Mayne's, Young Berg, Nippse Hussle's position would pay for a beat? Artist of that caliber.
