What are the Coli’s favorite 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, or 00’s teen movies?

I was a big fan of the John Hughes movies which were filmed in the same suburban communities that I grew up in. Not to mention, those 80’s movie soundtracks were GOAT. My favorites were:

Risky Business-



Probably my favorite scene ever. When I first saw it I felt it in my body, mind, and spirit.
I tried to recreate the scene with an ex.


Ferris Bueller’s Day Off-



I can’t go to the Art Institute without the Smiths playing in my ear phones.

Really captured the culture and grittiness of the city which is how I always remember it.
