What are the best perks about your job?

Been at this job for 2 months. And it's alot things I could complain about (i.e. only having 5 vacation days and 5 sick days). But the health benefits are good. Never been at job where they didn't take anything out of my check for Blue Cross. Not only that but they just sent me a Health equity visa card for 4k a year. So that will cover all my out of pocket expenses at the doctor, dentist, flu shots. I can buy cough medicine with it and other stuff.

I know these perks are small but it is really saving some money. What about yall?

I work rotations. 75 days on and 75 days off. I don’t get paid while I’m off so I have to budget.

I need to double up and get another job.

Technically, I work more per year than a 9 to 5’ers. 180 days of 12 hours shifts equals more than 40 hours a week for 48 weeks.

I’m for the 3/12’s and 4/10’s work schedules. Life for us Americans would be so much better.

I work 3 12hr shifts rotating days and if I pick up any extra it’s OT. Also love having days off during the week. 3 on, 4 off is the shyt

Just got promoted to overnight manager last week


-Off 3 days a week
-4 weeks worth of vacation time during first year of being a manager
-3 weeks worth of sick time
-Don't got to deal with no one other than my 7 overnight guys
-No customers
