Running hills is a great idea. Haven’t done it in yearsPullups, ride your bike and stop and do push ups, find a decent park where you have pull up bars, run up some hills, play football.
I jog around sometimes. It's better than treadmill running, but I'll use the treadmill in the winter. I prefer to go to a high school track, if they allow you, and run laps. Hard challenge is to run 400 meter (or one lap around) and time yourself. Take a break after one lap and walk one lap. Then run it again but try to do better or at least the same.Tired of being in the gym so when the weather gets warmer I’m trying to workout outdoors more. What are the most effective outdoor activities?
