I have a little lower back pain that im working on and I need exercised that dont use weights. What are some nonwieght exercises that can build mass and functional strength? I'm looking for that short, halfway swole bruce lee physique. Aside from uphill running and awkward squats, what can I do for glutes, hams, and quads?
What about biceps, triceps and chest? Forearms are also difficult to train. I think those and calves are mostly genetic and will take weights to develop. Lats and traps? FYI, I'm already a lil cocky but I cant seem to put on more muscle and I may have plateaued, is it possible that there is a max to muscle development without weights?
