The film versions of Batman aren't as intelligent or as skilled fighters as the Batman from the comics.

Blade is a legit superhuman that's an expert martial artist.

He still takes the L, not as easily as Bale's Batman though....

None of the film versions of Batman seem to be better martial artists than Blade, and Blade has the advantage of being superhuman.

The ONLY chance Batman would have would be if he could stall long enough for Blade to need his serum, but I honestly don't see the fight lasting that long. Blade would murk Batfleck then ride home in the Batmobile.
