Vuc just couldnt hit a shot last year, he is infinitely more playable when he was a legit 3 ball. I do think the change in offensive direction and the freedom to let shots rip should help build confidence & rhythm

There's a difference in flow to the offense when you have multiple willing passers always on the floor with him.

Zach is the only reluctant passer, but he has chemistry with Vuc from over the years so he knows how to get him the ball too.

Between Giddey, Zo, Ayo and Coby, they all get Vuc the ball earlier in the shot clock or just swinging the ball. DeMar would literally bog everything down to a snails crawl so timing and rhythm were always off with Vuc. Then the lack of consistent touches would frustrate him

Good comeback win, Donovan need to grow a pair and play the guys who deserve it more minutes.

Wonder what a vuc and Jalen smith front court could look like? Although if we did that don't know what the hell we would do at back up 5.

vuc has been so consistent this year. I hope we are able to trade him and let jalen start.

Through 4 games, it looks like Vuc is benefiting the most from DeMar's departure.

Bulls still suck at getting him the ball when he has a guard on him after a switch in the post. But you can tell he's more comfortable and every guard on the floor with him gives him the ball when he's the trail man or when he's pick and popping.

He's averaging 21 and 10 on 52% from the floor and 52% from 3

This is the guy the Bulls thought they were trading for years ago

Pretty much. Small sample size but in the games where they limited the turnovers the offense starts humming

Im the same way, but if the Bulls want to compete, this play style is necessary, so from that respect, Im happy they have modernized the offense
