Orange was cool the first season to to me but I struggled with it for a couple episodes starting season 2 then just completely abandoned ship. Like Weeds, it became very cartoonish. Wentworth is far more interesting, grittier, violent, and compelling.

I just got into it and a few episodes in into season 2. I heard that people have posted season 4 episodes on YouTube. Netflix won't have season 4 till fall.

Its still pretty ridiculous at times, but its way better than OITNB. That show has become so cartoonish its completely unwatchable.

Disagree, orange doesn't know what the fukk it wants to be. One moment it wants to be serious, next it turns into a comedy.

because OITNB is supposed to be over the top and it doesnt take itself serious like Wentworth

and Wentworth is definitely over the top

so much ridiculous shyt happens on that show its almost unintentional comedy

the Governor is one of the most over the top characters in the history of television

Haven't seen wentworth but OITNB season 4 is starting out with FIRE!! They seem to be cutting down on the flashbacks (some) and focusing on building the characters up through pure dialogue and its working. I'm trying to watch other shyt bc i dont want to go through the season so fast like i did 2-3

Wentworth is a good show

Season 1 is piff.season 2 is really good too

They lost me a little in season 3 with some of the character development and the governor bullshyt but its still a good show

Wentworth is simply a better show than OITNB. I'm watching season 4 now & it's amazing. OITNB just too silly for me.

Been binge watching Wentworth for a week now and I'm on season 3....this show is beyond better than Orange is the new wack.... The rise of Queen Bea has been a thrill ride to watch.... I'm hooked...

Yeah, it is... was called Prisoner: Cell Block H over here... even shares some of the main character names.

I remember that being pretty corny, Wentworth definitely updates the format well.

I just got into this show last and it's fire. The knife work, drama, Queen Bea rise to power, awesome tv. Yea some of it is ridiculous but when someone gets their face rearranged by an 8 ball (no not drugs I mean the literally 8 ball) I can't helped but be entertained
