I blame it on the direction that media is headed. It's just no exposure on African Americans who take that route.

I expect people to FINALLY accept that we are never going backwards and the likes of technology be accepted and embraced by everyone. Even in music, people will come to a harsh realization that the one-hit wonders will end them, so talent has to be embraced again, even in TV.

But TV itself will be optional.

Good points, I also think that having no ability to relate to some of the younger successful blacks is also a problem here. Most of the time it seems that they already had the opportunities that most kids didn't have or are just too corny for someone's preference.

25-35 year olds will never be able to have to save up for a while (really hard when entry level salaries are super low, good jobs are scarce, student loan debt, etc.) to buy a house.
