Starting to feel better and better about the hire

If they believe he is the guy then they need to give him a long leash. Success is going to hinge on a qb and OC, so I hope they let him get it right even if it’s not immediate.

They need to give him multiple seasons (at least three) to change the culture and rework the offense. I like that he’s targeting young offensive OCs. First thing that he needs to do is bring in his own QB. Fingers crossed it’s Jayden Daniels or Michael Penix

The only thing about Jayden Daniels I don't like is....his weight!!!!
