I just started working out. This winter I wanted to focus on trying to get on mass and gaining weight since I'm 6'1 150. I want to get to 175. I want to do some bjj, kickboxing, or Muay Thai for cardio And laying the smack down. Should I wait until I get to goal weight or do it while I also lift?i actually want to take it more serious to get the full benefits. So maybe even some sparring. Just dont want to wear my body down to quick.

Circuit lifting will give you incredible stamina to keep training.

I put 2 35s on an ex curl bar and do

10 rows
10 military press
10 squats
10 deep lunges
10 curls
10 triceps lifts with a close grip and weight behind my head.

Heart beating like a muhhhhhhhhhhhhg.

Training for longer periods of time is easier.

So basically lift to make your heartrate go up and training is easier
