been thinking about coppin one for exercises that i usually do at home with body weight (push ups, pull ups, lunges, etc.)...anybody else use these and get the desired results with them???
I used to wear my bullet-proof vest doing pull-ups. It was around 5 to 7 lbs. I never weighed it. It added some resistance when I was doing my pull up workout, i.e. 8 to 10 sets of only pull-ups.been thinking about coppin one for exercises that i usually do at home with body weight (push ups, pull ups, lunges, etc.)...anybody else use these and get the desired results with them???
i'm not really planning on running in it...just doing what would normally be bodyweight exercises in it...
