can't you just do heavy rows to replicate it. Just seems like such a hassle to be chaining up your back like that

I don't doubt its effectiveness though

weighted dips and weighted pull ups is really all you need for your back and triceps really. i bought a power tower that has a great dip station and a pull up bar with multiple grip postions and i got belt and throw weight on and its really transformed my body.

my workouts are really all calisthenics nowadays really except for curls and abs and some other random exercises

Calisthenics will get you cut up, especially pull-ups

Yeah diet's a major role in gettin cut up. I do calisthenics to help my sports performance

That feel when you put on the belt and a #45 and everyone goes :merchant: when they see you going for a wide grip.

I haven't made it to #45 yet. I'm doing #35.....when i'm done, i look around the gym like

It is one of my favorite exercises. That's the only workout that i do for my back and i have had better results in the last 6 months than anything i was doing the previous 1.5 years.
