Yeah I was doing this for a while and I felt the burn. But after a while my body got used to it. I started alternating doing behind the head and then in front of the head and that seems to work a lot better.

How could I do these if my gym doesn't have a decline bench with the supports at the top for your feet?

Incorporating leg raises into my morning calisthenics really made me realize how :flabbynsick: my abs were. At 230 they are becoming brick (and VISIBLE) as fukk :takedat:

only way I would do weighted abs, I can do 25's easily like that but the 45pound plate is just too big and leaves my neck vulnerable and I come up awkward where I know i'm not doing the crunch in a safe manner...unfortunately my gym doesn't have 35lb plates and holding two plates are too slippery and my hands aren't big enough
