Weight recommendation

I've just completed a 12 week fat loss stretch, and i currently weigh 129 lbs @ 5'5. My waist is 26.75. I'm interested now in building mass(with an emphasis on my upper body). My question is what would be a good ideal weight for me to aim for based on my height?

I wouldn't worry about a number on the scale. Ultimately what the mirror and a consistent set of measurements will lead you best.
