im 6 2 and went from 155 in jan. to 195 today i dont workout but i play ball almost everyday get a good sweet going and i wrestle with friends thats used to beat me but now i crush them , i feel stronger but my pushups and pullups have gone down i feel a bit slower too i want to turn all this weight gain to become like muhammed ali since we have almost the same stats now gimmie some tips guys
