I’ve been on some youtube “rabbit hole” shyt lately and ran across these dudes that forge swords and weapons out of random bullshyt and that resembles weapons from some of the most iconic movies, shows, animes, videogames, etc.

Anybody else like watching this stuff?

And there’s more.. I’ve seen most of it from these guys mainly because I like the teaching and history aspect they give when creating. Also because they create weapons from media I recognize and sometimes wondered if it would be practical IRL

I also know there are other cats out there that do similar. I usually follow a lot of these inventive/creation type channels and wonder if others do the same

I was watching the ones of the dudes taking old rusty monkey wrenches and making pocket knives out of them, usually their music really ruins the vids for me. wish there were more of us doing these things, but those of us that do have those skills and are up on the IG game have too much work to make these types of vids.

These dudes weren’t bad too me. Music is usually on some movie shyt or some dubstep which is similar to hiphop.

Music on youtube usually ruins a lot of shyt for me

Most of the dudes are kinda cheesy but the Russian dude drops HELLA knowledge on metals, swordmaking, cultures, etc

Yeah I wish more brehs were interested and I honestly prefer the blacksmithing. I like sledging shyt

I’ll check the vid

But yeah, buying a sledgehammer and finding a cheap ass tire might be easier/cheaper, but i bought a rubber sledgehammer online since I travel often. You can take it anywhere and just hit the ground

Blacksmiths are usually hitting iron though. shyts tough

I know it’s been popular, I see the upload dates. But it hasn’t been popular to me, not on this, and from what I’ seen it’s not popular on this site....
