As soon as Payton and Loomis said he'll announce something in a few weeks. I knew they were just saying what they need to say to conspire and circumvent the Salary Cap legally after how NFL try to accuse them with the Winston signing past the comp pick date. It's funny because a bunch of teams where doing the same thing. Yet, we get singled out every time.

I just think Saints are trying to avoid a manufactureed CapGate situation, because Goodell is looking someway to send us back to 7-9.
