For me it's a no brainer, if I spent a year learning Payton complex ass offense and the ins and outs of an organization, and they offer me the job, I'm not going anywhere else to reset.
Unless the Colts or any team pays Jameis an insane amount more $ than us, I don't think it should be a hard choice for Jameis at all.
