I came across 1 cool black cop when I was 15 we were shooting a bb gun at street lights and one of homies decided he wanted to try out some moving cars. Long story short he shot at a van and they called the cops. So we ran back to his house and started shooting hoops outside. I dont know how they find us but they came straight to his address. First responding officer was a African brotha he came out the car with his gun drawn cuz my homie was still holding the bb gun when he pulled up. He straight up told us if a white cop responded first he probably would of shot first. I didn't think much of it until now with all these police shootings and how lucky we were. And we wasn't even bad kids just fukked around with a bb rifle we shouldn't have been. The white family didn't press any charges though and they never arrested us that night. But it's crazy to think how different our lives would of been if the wrong cop showed up first.
