The original developers of Harvest Moon no longer make the games. The current developer makes cheap cash grab games.

The original developers make the "real" Harvest Moon games under the names "Story of Seasons" and "Rune Factory." The next games in these series are coming to Switch.

I have read that Stardew Valley is currently the best Harvest Moon type of game out now, and you said you have already played it, so you may just want to wait on these upcoming games.
