yep. i sat down with this unfortunately knowing it was directed by a middle eastern woman... really just one of those movies where the whole time you're watching you can tell this movie isn't going to say anything specific and really has nothing to do with being black. looking back on it the movie title is damn near offensive. some of the performances are fine, but everything in the movie is let down by the people behind the camera.I could tell 10 seconds into the clip that this was not written by a black American male.
