Blame a shytty American education system. Companies have to fly in properly educated folks cuz our school systems aren't educating our youth on how to think critically. So the best thing a lot of tech companies have going is the H1b work visa.

A lot of Latinos build their businesses from the ground up tho, and to be fair, there are quite a few Asians who do too, but this is because they tend to have their whole families living under one roof, so these businesses are all family run and they keep the wealth within their own racial enclaves.

On top of that, you have a lot of people in this country who have a shytty work ethic along with being very entitled. They go to college and worry about partying and fukkery then academically cut corners and half ass, so they end up half assing their work. Companies are getting hip, so they start outsourcing their work. In a sense, Americans are somewhat fukking themselves as far as work. Most of which are entitled whites.
