WWE made a list of 25 defining moments of the attitude era but its void of WCW involvement. The history of Monday night Wars has been cancelled. :beli: Post up WCW/nWo era clips that stand out

If it's an Attitude list, it *shouldn't* have WCW on there. Attitude was brand specific. WCW didn't push the envelope like that. Just my opinion. WCW was just WCW. I guess you could call it the Nitro era though. :manny:

They fell off bad by 1999 but there was some VERY VERY good stuff from 1996-1998. Make no mistake about that. The Monday Night Wars only mattered because of the NwO storyline that caught fire. That's how all of this started. It led to Austin's big push and McMahon going out of the norm.

The only thing honestly WCW had after the NWO angle went stale was the cruiserweight division which was rich with talent like jericho, benoit, dean malenko, mysterio, guerro, etc. etc.

The wrestling was nice and awesome to look at as a kid but when you got wrestling and characters like they had in WWF it was a done deal. WCW just held on to a good angle for to dam long. Hulk Hogan prolly had something to do with it since he was on that 'Vanilla Midget' bullshyt along with Gnash.

WCW was hot fire at one time. It was must watch from the jump with some of their angles until they started to become to outrageous.

Yeah Attitude Era = WWF

I guess you could call it the Nitro Era for WCW. in which case Nitro was the better show from 95 to almost mid 98.

So when I say WCW during the attitude era you dont think of Savage and DDP? :comeon:

You don't remember Luger the Steiners Harlem Heat and DDP brawls with nWo to end the show? Sting descends from the rafters and "We're outta time!! We'll see you next week!!!!":comeon:

Jericho Guerrero Malenko and Mysterio setting the cruiserweight division and first hour of Nitro on fire? :comeon:

Hulk Hogan swaggin out to Voodoo Child playing the guitar and cutting a promo?
