ok brehs... I have a bit of a belly :to: not a bit... a whole fukken lot :wow:.

Thing is... it's not hard and firm like those trucker bellys n shyt... it's all flabby and gushy like a water balloon.

Is this water weight? I need to get rid of it what do i do :damn:

Gonna have to get that diet in check breh. If you wanna get rid of that belly, you gotta reduce your overall bodyfat %.

One of my lifting partners has a little bit of a gut and complains to me how he does hundreds of crunches and sit-ups, and he still can't see his abs :patrice:

It's because he continues to eat like shyt.

Don't worry about water weight until you get into the low low body fat percentage...

I have pills that I take that flushed all the shyt out of me(Literally flushes my shyt and water out of me), But I only take em if I know i'll be going somewhere where i'll be shirtless :tiger:

Run sprints/swimming is the best way to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. And i mean sprint 40 yards, take a short break then rinse and repeat till you can't run no fukkin more.

Start a weightlifting routine to if your serious about it, theres plenty of sites out there that will help you get started

Water weight is what exactly what it is...which is water. Unless you trying to weigh down for a fight or cut for a bodybuilding competition, its not pointless to worry about water weight. You gonna gain it right back in hours after drinking and eating.


Focus on fat loss cause its the fat that holds the water

absolutely a beginner she works out time to time at planet fitness mostly treadmill and lunges but nothing to serious. She's moving out to ATL with me and we're trying to start a routine any advice for her would be god like thanks. :obama:
