Water diet

Almost 2 years ago I stopped drinking pop and juice. To date I've lost 20 lbs without any type of diet or excersice program. I try to be active on the weekends but it's hard to find time to go to the gym. But to anybody out there trying to loose a few pounds, just stop drinking sugary drinks that will drop your calorie intake by a third without any type of diets.

havent had any kind of soda juice etc in quite some time except for beers and drinks on the weekend, feels great.

Yeah ive found that i don't even miss pop or Juice. It's too sweet for me now. Also switch to light beer, it makes a hell of a difference.
