I've always been a fan of the original series and Next Generation but avoided Enterprise because many critics feel as though its the worst Trek series. (and I've only seen a sprinkle of Voyager and DS9 episodes here n there)

I'm currently 15 minutes into the very first episode (which is an hour and 30 min long) and I'm enjoying what I'm seeing so far if that means anything

The series has actually grown on me originally I gave up in the first season during its original run but watching it several years back and a few other times I like it now. Not sure if its because I don't like nutrek much or if it just isnt that bad and yeah Jolene Blalock is bad they constantly sexualize her on the show. Also the show improves greatly in the 3rd season.

I actually like Enterprise the most. Never understood the criticism. It's like the intro want classical music and multiple shots of the ship, so it pissed them off
It's been a long road

Enterprise was by far the most underappreciated Star Trek series. Almost a throwback and ahead of it's time all at once. Scott Bacula was a great captain.

Nah DS9 has gotten mad love in recent years as people have come to appreciate the complex characters and departure from Gene Roddenberry's original "utopian" vision.

Most people I talk to cite DS9 as their favorite.
Nah I disagree with that not on a mainstream basis that shyt was always cult like tng then voyager got the love during ds9s run it just seems to get more love because of the way the internet is now imo.

And this will be an issue with every Trek series that predates TOS and TNG (to a lesser degree). The shows lean heavily on everything Enterprise but look extremely futuristic (as they should) even tho you have to suspend belief because TOS looks the way it looks.

But I can appreciate the re-investment in the franchise as a whole. We need more of it if the whole thing can continue for the next 25 years
