shyt was a good movie. Kubrick's cinematography was :mindblown: in it. Some of the backgrounds and scenery looked like paintings :wow: his meticulously accurate depiction of the 18th century was dope as fukk as well.

Visually it was dope, had some interesting things to think about, but you really have to be in the mood to watch this or it'll be very boring.

Some of those shots did look like paintings though, worth seeing for that. They say Kubrick staged the moon landing for access to the NASA cameras to shoot that.

the look is the best thing about it. It's a good movie and directed very well but it's just not the most interesting movie. It's good for people that appreciate movie making but i don't know if it's for everyone. i think i gave it an 8 out of 10 on IMDB.
