Was the Hughes Brothers "From Hell" and "Book Of Eli" any good?

I've never seen any of these two movies but both have recently hit the bargain bin so I was wondering if either of the two are worth checking out?

Wish they did more films or a TV series.

They would be perfect for adapting a graphic novel series into a show.

Book of Eli was pretty good. Nothing spectacular but a pretty good watch. Plus Denzel is in it, so u know its alright. I've never seen From Hell all the way through.

The Book of Eli to me is a top 10 movie, could care less what any critic says. Some people let their beliefs blind them.

I liked From Hell more than Book of Eli. They did wonders with the movie especially when you take into account how sprawling the source material was and how much condensing they had to do.
It is one of the most underrated comic book movies.
