A caucasian male, last name Howell was busted in Santa Monica shortly before the gay pride parade in LA. He sung like a bird about how the CIA trained him and the alleged shooter in Orlando down in VA.... when he caught wind of his buddy getting popped he put two and two together and was like ...nah son... i ain't about that Patsy life then sought protection from the CIA but was whisked away by the FBI shortly thereafter ....

A friend of his from the military said he was a pretty bad shot too. Now we're supposed to believe he set up shop from an elevated position and sniped cops from a distance, meanwhile there's video of a gunman on the ground shooting people and killing a cop, with a black SUV parked right in front of him. None of it adds up.
