Had to do some research, Eminem stole a beat from DMX when he was writing his first album for d-12. That album came out in 2001 and It was called Devils night then afterwards Eminem attacked a group called Limp bizkit ( I don't know them) because Limp bizkit or whatever worked with DMX on a previous album.
They had a beat and Eminem used that beat. I'm not sure if this is the main reason But it's whatever.
