I mean...he walked tupac through a hand written contract while in prison which also made himself tupacs lawyer and effectively agent for music and movies. Thats....pretty shady

You can just tell looking at this guy he is shady/slimy

he was shady but it doesnt matter because everybody that dealt with him was equally shady (cept some of the artists). one letter to the bar association and he would've lost his license but it doesn't seemed like anybody ever complained.
