Klay Thompson to debut new R&B mixtape next month, per Report

Golden State Warrior star shooting guard is looking to star in another field of entertainment besides basketball.
The 25 year old and 1/2 of the star Splash Brother duo, is hoping his new mixtape titled "Cool Relax" will make a splash on the charts.
Fresh off a 14-15 NBA season that ended in a championship trophy and a legendary start to the 15-16 season, the Warriors are focused on repeating as NBA champions. "Its been a great season for us" Thompson added. "Steph has been amazing and all but I feel its time to let everyone know that I'm the most talented of the duo" he jokingly added. Thompson also has added that he has a rather large resume of experience in the singing field.
"I've been writing songs ever since I was elementary school. I have a huge notebook full of them. Drake is a huge inspiration and after leading the team to the championship last year, he told me I had what it took to be a star in this industry. That gave me the push and confirmation I needed to take this huge step in my life."
The mixtape is scheduled to drop sometime next month.
