Dana and the Fertitas will spend whatever it takes to make sure this doesn't happen.

Hopefully big name guys that have been vocal about the unfair practices of the UFC, like Aldo, participate in this initiative. That would go a long way in furthering their cause.

People are more likely to jump on to a cause if you have a recognizable figurehead.

When you're talking politics and money people are always going to throw their support behind a group that they feel is represented by a winner. Nothing against Fitch or Wandy, but they aren't going to get any attention or support from people with deep pockets or political clout. If you have a current UFC champion out front leading the charge that dramatically increases the visibility and legitimacy of the group.

It most likely counts for mma already but they haven't tried it in court. They should lawyer up and class action ufc on the Ali act itself and see if it counts already.
