Lol weren't you the guy saying how the poor are getting richer too

Is the comparison between the rich and the poor really the comparison that should be made?
If the gap grows and the quality of life for those at the bottom improves over what it was, wouldnt that be a positive?

:whoa: Not trying to portray the gap as desirable, just questioning if its the gap itself, or the economic condition of those at the bottom that we should be concerned with.

:comeon: I asked a question, I never stated that was the case.

I'm legitimately off/wrong about more than enough, why reach? :dahell:

I think the title in itself is a reach. Of course if 20% of your revenue gained from people that require government assistance diminishes your business operations are going to have to adapt/change. This is obviously a risk, factor or uncertainty. But how does someone get US shoppers are poor from that? Walmart's lower prices makes them more appealing to other alternatives so of course they are going to get lower income shoppers. Stupid sensationalized article.

Food stamps are government subsidies for corporate greed.

It's a shame that poor people get the blame for being lazy and using tax dollars when its the corporations that stand to benefit the most by the existence of food stamps.

It's disgusting to think about. And it's disheartening that so many Americans fail to see this reality.
