Basically they were planning on killing lizard(one of kartel's goons who carelessy lost kartels guns) with the pick axe. Then some one suggested that they just hold him down and cut his throat instead. They were also discussing that they should let wee( another goon who lost the guns with lizard) witness the murk, so he'd know what'll happen to him next time he fukks up.
