You basically have to do it. I did it today and encourage everyone else to do so, due to some areas being very close in the polls.

I'm not going to pretend to have voted for members of the GOP, as well, in order to seem unbiased.

I've voted for republicans before, but I've been burnt Very bad in MI. We have some real Cac here. This time I only voted for one republican. All judges that are supported by Dems, and ignored everything else except collective bargaining rights and Emergency Manager law.

When I got behind the sheet, I thought about 3rd party votes, thought about Obama supporting Israel and other US policies, private prisons, thought about drones, thought about the fact that it doesn't matter who's in there....

But naw, how could you not vote for Obama and let someone as blatant as Romney get in there?

1st Round Playoff Exits
Even "real" conservatives don't like Romney

Even this guy lowkey gave :obama: props
We are not going to make any progress on our biggest problems without a compromise between the center-right and center-left. But, for that, we need the center-right conservatives, not the radicals, to be running the G.O.P., as well as the center-left in the Democratic Party. Over the course of his presidency, Obama has proposed center-left solutions to all four of these challenges. I wish he had pushed some in a bigger, consistent, more daring and more forceful manner — and made them the centerpiece of his campaign. Nevertheless, if the G.O.P. were in a different place, either a second-term Obama or a first-term Romney would have a real chance at making progress on all four. As things stand now, though, there is little hope this campaign will give the winner any basis for governing. Too bad — a presidential campaign is a terrible thing to waste.

i feel you.

but we should not lose track of our larger goal, which is reforming the entire system.

i dont think the majority of people are satisfied with the state of society and how leadership is running things. and in my mind its simple business management-if you own a business and you have a system that doesnt work or is inefficient, you strategize on a solution then you replace the system. if you have employees who are performing sub-par, you strategize on some kind of solution for staff development or you let the person go. you make those decisions for the good of your business, because if you keep the same failing systems or personnel in place then you risk total failure.

well guess what, as a society we are headed toward total failure. and our employees we trusted to do this job, the politicians, are not being very successful in achieving what we need them to. so either they, or the systems must be replaced. and its pretty obvious in this business (the USA) our weakness is personnel, so the personnel should be replaced.

but overall to the thread no doubt... im actually encouraging people to go out and vote in this election. romney is a complete psychopath and him getting in office would be like the Bush Cartel part 2.
