The National Intelligence Service announced on the 18th, "We have detected North Korea transporting special forces to Russia via Russian naval transport ships from the 8th to the 13th," and "We have confirmed the start of the North Korean military's participation in the war."

Russia's Foreign Ministry has threatened South Korea with "security consequences" if it helps Ukraine in its war against Russia.

Quote: "We believe that the South Korean authorities should not be playing along with the Kyiv regime."
Details: Zakharova warned the Republic of Korea "of the consequences for South Korea's security that could result from the Republic of Korea's involvement in the Ukrainian conflict, if such decisions are made".
