Vitamin Water... Is It Any Healthier than Gatorade/Powerade/Pop/Juice?

It's funny they never were healthy but when they first came out they only had 14g of sugar in a drink. After Coke bought them all their drinks went up to 33g of sugar.

If you want something outside of water just drink some propel or like above, powerade zero. Both are actually good too and they don't have aspertame in them.

i can actually tell by taste that vitamin water has a little less sugar in it then gatorade but without a doubt still way too much sugar to be healthy

i dont even fukk around with the zero cal variants and/or vitamin water

if im playing a sport or doing any kind of prolonged strenuous activity(not including weightlifting) its regular old powerade/gatorade

its only 200 cals per bottle but they get the job done

as far as something to drink "regularly" just drink water breh
